At the MEF, service providers have the opportunity to both buy a place in the Expo zone and become a participant in a B2B workshop. The Expo will be open all day from 9 am to 7 pm, and the workshop will be held in the afternoon from 3 to 7 pm. Everyone will have their own personal account on the MEF platform, only buyers (corporate customers and agencies) and participants of the B2B workshop will have access to the appointment system. The platform will start working a month before the event, so that you can plan meetings with interesting companies offline on the day of the event.
Each workshop participant will be able to hold up to 12 meetings. If the company has to representatives on the forum, you can have time to negotiate with more than 20 companies.
"At the moment, there is no universal appointment system in the industry that would suit us for match-making, so everything has to be developed from scratch. We approached several companies and were told that what we want takes much time and is too expensive. We do not think that our requests are off limits. We need to program different levels of access for various categories of participants, to set up the most flexible system for working with incoming requests, to develop both a web version and an application so that everyone decides for themselves choosing a convenient place for work. But it turned out that our wishlist was not basic at all. As a result, we struck a deal with EventPlatform," says Irina Mikhalkova, co-founder and Creative director of the MEF.
